PlasticsEurope and supporting member companies of Operation Clean Sweep® (OCS), present their new report for 2018.
Following the release of its first Operation Clean Sweep® (OCS) report in 2017, PlasticsEurope has made the OCS programme a top priority in 2018, setting new targets for its members as part of our Plastics 2030 Voluntary Commitment. The 2018 new report provides an overview of the latest OCS developments in Europe and identifies further improvements to prevent pellet loss. It includes our ambitions and engagement with stakeholders from the plastics value chain for 2019.
Operation Clean Sweep® (OCS) is an international programme designed to prevent the loss of plastic granules (pellets, flakes and powders) during handling by the various entities in the plastics value chain and their release into the environment.
